The Warehouse Managers primary function is to lead the execution and transformation of warehouse operations with a focus on fulfillment accuracy, efficiency, and system alignment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and federal/state regulations. Lead regular safety briefings and audits.
  • Ensure fulfillment practices adhere to the 1:1:1 model across the board, driving accuracy in order processing, shipping, and invoicing. Resolve exceptions with urgency.
  • Managing inventory movement, optimizing space, and improving warehouse workflows.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in the WMS migration. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment between NetSuite, Softeon, and warehouse workflows.
  • Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, setting daily performance goals and managing workload distribution. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Lead day-to-day operations including receiving, inventory control, replenishment, shipping, and returns. Monitor KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs related to shipping accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency; lead corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Collaborate with production, customer service, IT, and transportation teams to align inbound/outbound schedules and optimize lead times.
  • Ensure all transaction data in NetSuite and WMS are accurate, timely, and actionable. Support the development of dashboards and performance reports.
  • Process-minded with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically proficient with data analysis and systems troubleshooting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of management experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations. Preferably in a mid to large scale facility (50,000+ sq ft).
  • Experience with WMS (preferably Softeon) and ERP (NetSuite) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in WMS migration or systems rollout preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage fulfillment and inventory control under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of lean or continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. 
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per-shift).
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified or trained).
