The primary functions of the Customer Service Representative are to assist internal and external customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer issues. 
Job Duties
  • Ensure accurate and timely distributor order processing including returns and credits.
  • Confirming pricing, item number/description and quantities are correct.
  • Provide information about the products and services, pricing, order status, billing, returns and credits.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distributor order processing.

  • Ability to research issues independently to determine root cause and corrective action needed.
  • Demonstrate follow up action with customers, distributors, sales force, and end users.
  • Provide continuous and responsive support to sales force.
  • Ability to work with other departments such as Shipping, Production, and Purchasing.
  • Heavy filing, contract updates, data entry backup, special projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (not a remote position).
  • Must have strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether they are working with others or working unsupervised.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Adaptability to work efficiently and effectively daily under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365. Strong Excel skills a +
  • Proficient in NetSuite preferred but not required.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years related experience in customer service, inside sales support or related fields; (experience in retail field is not applicable)
Physical Requirements - Essential
  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • Strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision to use keyboard and computer monitor for prolonged periods of time.
