The Dynomate Machine Operators primary function is to ensure the setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.

Job Duties:

  1. Record accurate daily production while maintaining production quotas. 
  2. Ensuring the inspection of the quality of the product during daily production. 
  3. Perform minor adjustments of the roll-forming machine as needed. 
  4. Ensure proper markings are affixed to the product fabric. 
  5. Ensure product is packaged in the appropriate carton and labels are affixed. 
  6. Ensure finished packaged product is placed on skids. 
  7. Ensure presses and dies are lubricated when required. 
  8. Maintain work area clean and free of debris.
  9. Ensure the recording of scrap. 
  10. Load any and all raw material as needed.
  11. Notify the supervisor when a machine is not working properly.
  12. Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections.
  13. Assist with annual physical inventory. 
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to read/write in English.
  • Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.
  • Must be able to work a 10 hour/day schedule.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.

Education 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience 

  • A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience 

Physical Requirements – Essential

  • Must be in good physical condition.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)
